Garage rentals - Locations across the district

Adur Homes has around 1,000 garages within its housing estates across the district which are, from time to time, available to let to the public.
Charges (as at April 2012) are:
- £8.50 per week for Adur District Council tenants
- £10.20 per week for non tenants

For all new tenancies from April 2012, after the initial payment taken at the sign-up meeting, payment of garage rent must be made by monthly Direct Debit.
You can use the following forms to apply for a garage or end a garage tenancy:

- On-line application form to rent a garage (submits on-line) (requires Adobe Acrobat)
- On-line application form to end a garage tenancy (needs to be printed, signed and returned) (requires Adobe Acrobat)
Please note that tenants of garages are entitled to use Adur Tenants' Self Service On-Line to view their garage rent account.
