What do they do?

RISE in Adur provides information, advice and advocacy to women and families who have been affected by domestic abuse. The service is free, independent and confidential and provides a safe space in which women can explore their choices, increase their safety and take positive control of their lives.

We provide a telephone advice line, one to one appointments, a survivors support group, counselling a domestic abuse awareness programme as well as training and preventative education.

Why they need our help

We desperately need funds to continue and expand the support programme we offer particularly our therapeutic services which include free counselling and group work programme. Any funds received will be used directly to support women and families in the Adur District to live lives free from domestic abuse and fear.

Where are they?

RISE in Adur is based at a community based location. All services are accessed by calling our advice line weekdays 01273 263413. Please assist us to preserve the confidentiality and safety of our service users by passing on our location on a strictly need to know basis only.
