Membership : 3 elected members (from the Licensing Committee). (No requirement for political balance)
Quorum : 2
Delegated functions
- To determine contested applications and disciplinary matters relating
to the following:
- Hackney Carriages and private hire vehicle licensing;
- Street Trading;
- Street and house-to-house collections;
- Sex establishments;
- To consider appeals against the level of rate relief granted for charities and other non-profit making organisations.
