The current Cabinet Member for Regeneration is :
- Jim Funnell (Eastbrook Ward, Conservative)
Responsibility for the following delegated functions:
- Housing strategy and housing enabling role;
- Economic development including tourism;
- Education liaison;
- Transport planning and infrastructure;
- Planning policy;
- Building control;
- Housing - non Housing Revenue Account - Including homelessness and advice, private sector housing, other housing services.
Onward Limits on Delegations
The Cabinet Member for Regeneration may delegate to :
- an officer.
