Delegated Functions
1. To determine appeals in respect of authorisations, licences, permits, consents or similar, under all statutory provisions (with the exception of the Town and Country Planning and Building Regulations and those delegated to the Licensing Committee) whether or not there is a statutory right of appeal.
2. To consider appeals against the level of rate relief granted for charities and other non-profit making organisations.
