Conditions of use
Bus passes
- The pass must be shown the driver on every journey in order to obtain the concession
- The pass is rendered void if it is altered or defaced in any way.
- The pass is for personal use only. It must not be used by any other person and is not transferrable.
- You are subject to the normal conditions of carriage and passenger regulations of the bus operators.
- Your pass remains the property of the council and must be surrendered to the council or its representative on request.
- When you use your pass, you accept that the issuing authority shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly in connection with obtaining or using the bus operators services.

Travel vouchers (Adur residents only)

The vouchers are not transferrable and can only be used by the person
to whom they are issued. - The vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Adur District Council will not be liable in the event of any vouchers being lost, damaged or stolen.
