What do I do if I have lost my English National Bus Pass?

  • Please inform us as soon as possible.
  • If your pass is returned to us, we will telephone you and arrange for it to be returned to you.
  • If you would like a replacement, or your pass is not returned, a duplicate can be issued which will cost you £5. If, however, your pass has been stolen there will not be a charge provided that you obtain from the Police an actual Crime Reference Number and record this on the bus pass replacement request form.
  • You will need to complete a form requesting a duplicate pass (obtainable from us or download form below). The replacement will be sent to you by post and will normally take up to 10 days.
  • If you do not receive it you should contact us on (01273) 263399 within the following two weeks. If you do not, there will be a charge (£5) to provide another pass.
  • Please note that it is not possible to issue a replacement pass locally.

What do I do if I have lost my Senior Citizens Railcard Exchange Order?

  • Please contact us as soon as possible or download the form below and send it to us.
  • If you would like a replacement a duplicate can be issued which will cost you £3.50.
  • You will need to complete a form requesting a duplicate exchange order (obtainable from us or download form below). The replacement will be sent to you by post and will normally take up to 10 days.
  • If you do not receive it you should contact us on (01273) 263399 within the following two weeks. If you do not, there will be an additional £3.50 charge to provide another exchange order.

What do I do if I lose my Senior Citizens Railcard?

  • You should contact the station where it was purchased. You will need to produce the receipt received when you obtained the Railcard in order that a replacement can be issued.
  • Once you have used your exchange order to obtain a Railcard, we are unable to provide either a replacement exchange order or Railcard.

What do I do if I have lost my Disabled Persons Railcard Exchange Order?

  • Please contact us as soon as possible or download the form below and send it to us.
  • If you would like a replacement a duplicate can be issued which will cost you £3.50.
  • You will need to complete a form requesting a duplicate exchange order (obtainable from us or download form below). The replacement will be sent to you by post and will normally take up to 10 days.
  • If you do not receive it you should contact us on (01273) 263399 within the following two weeks. If you do not, there will be an additional £3.50 charge to provide another exchange order.
  • We cannot however, undertake to replace an exchange order that went astray in the post to the Disabled Persons Railcard Office.

What do I do if I have lost my Disabled Persons Railcard?

  • You should contact the Railcard issuer - for full contact details see:

  • Once you have used your exchange order to obtain a Railcard, we are unable to provide either a replacement exchange order or Railcard.

What do I do if I have lost my Travel Vouchers?

  • We are sorry, lost vouchers cannot be replaced.

What do I do if I find a bus pass or railcard?

If you find a bus pass :

  • If the bus pass has been issued by Adur District Council or Worthing Borough Council then please contact us on (01273) 263399 and return the card to one of our offices.
  • If the bus pass has been issued by by another council then please contact the relevant council as detailed on the back of the bus pass.
  • If the bus pass has been issued by a bus company then please contact the relevant bus company as detailed on the card.

If you find a railcard :

  • If you find a railcard then please drop it into your local railway station.
