Communications Survey
In November 2009 both Adur and Worthing Councils conducted a survey to
establish how their residents felt about the way they were communicated with.
The survey was sent out to their citizens panels; Adur Viewpoint and Worthing Talkback. The survey was also opened out to the wider population.
The survey contained questions on:
- General communications
- The council’s magazine
- The website
- Customer services
- Your local councillors and council meetings
The results from both surveys and information about what the council officers are doing and planning to do with the results are available below :
