About Councillor Angela Mills
My interests/ hobbies :
My hobbies include walking, reading and sewing. I have lived in Lancing for 16 years and have a great love of the sea. I have always been in the public eye and am very much a people person.
When and why I have become a councillor :
I have been a councillor for over five years and was introduced into being involved in local politics by another councillor and have never looked back.

My current role on the Council :
I am the Vice-Chairman of the Licensing Committee, Vice-Chairman of the Development Control Committee and am also a member of the Standards Committee.
I am also involved in some outside bodies such South Downs Joint Committee, West Sussex Joint Planning Board, Coastal S.W Board, 5 Town Network and NAPLAMOG (National Park Local Authority Members and Officer Group).
I am Chairman to the Adur Towns Twinning Group and Vice-Chair to NSPCC Southern District.
