About Councillor Fred Lewis
My Interests / Hobbies :
I am a newly elected Councillor. I felt that I could provide a good service to the community and to help residents with their problems. I enjoy golf, football (watching now) and spending time with my Grandchildren.
When and why I became a Councillor :
I became a Councillor to work with all sections of the community to make Lancing an even better place in which to live, work, visit and enjoy

What would I like to achieve as your Councillor?
I feel I am very motivated about being a Councillor. As you can see I sit on a number of Committees as well as the Parish Council. I wish to make a success of being a good Councillor.
What am I doing on the Council?
I currently sit on the Constitution and Audit Committee, the Development Control Committee and the Licensing Committee.
I am also a Parish Councillor for the Widewater ward sitting on; the Planning Committee together with Financial and General Purpose Committee of which I am Chairperson.
