About Councillor Fred Lewis
My Interests / Hobbies :
I felt that I could provide a good service to the community and to help residents with their problems. I enjoy golf, football (watching now) and spending time with my Grandchildren.
When and why I became a Councillor :
I became a Councillor to work with all sections of the community to make Lancing an even better place in which to live, work, visit and enjoy
When can you meet me?
You can meet me during regular surgeries taking place every third Saturday of the month at the Family Centre, Lancing Road 10am-12pm.
What would I like to achieve as your Councillor?
I feel I am very motivated about being a Councillor. As you can see I sit on a number of Committees as well as the Parish Council. I wish to make a success of being a good Councillor.
What am I doing on the Council?
I currently am the Vice-Chair of the Constitution and Audit Committee and also sit on the the Planning Committee.
I am also a Parish Councillor for the Widewater ward sitting on; the Planning Committee together with Financial and General Purpose Committee of which I am Chairperson.
