Fly tipping
The
illegal deposit of waste is taken seriously by the Council and it aims to
take legal action against fly tippers, where there is sufficient evidence
to do so.
Reporting fly tipping
If you wish to report an incidence of fly tipping, or if you have information on persons who are carrying out fly tipping, please use our on-line fly tipping form or contact one of the following :

Environment Agency
The Environment Agency is also involved in fly tipping and the illegal use of land for the storage or disposal of waste. The local Regional office is based at Worthing.
