Highway Rangers
Residents
in Adur can now call up West Sussex County Council's 'Highway Rangers'
to improve the street scene in their neighbourhood.
They will be carrying out small scale but essential tasks across West Sussex.
These include:
Clearing
vegetation overhanging paths and roads- Removing weeds from pavements
- Hedge trimming
- Cleaning signs and removing illegal ones
- Clearing debris from gullies and culverts
- Minor repairs to signs and other street furniture
Adur residents can submit requests for work to be carried out by the Highway Rangers through their local County Councillor, Adur County Local Committee or Parish Council.
