Strategic Housing Market Assessment

Adur District Council, together with the other authorities in West Sussex, commissioned the consultants GVA Grimley to carry out a Strategic Housing Market Assessment across the County which looks at the sort of homes people currently live in, how much they cost and how far people travel to work.

The findings will develop and inform local and regional planning and housing policy in the future, including what types of homes should be built and where for the next 10 years. The final report was published in May 2009 and the full report and summary are available for download below :
