Landlord Support Service
Our Housing Advice section can :
- find potential tenants for landlords. Landlords will be helping local families in housing need to obtain accommodation.
- provide landlords who take our referred tenants with ongoing advice and support
- help settle the tenant into your property and provide tenancy support if necessary (we may refer the client to Southdown Housing - click for their website : www.southdownhousing.org)
- liaise with Housing Benefit
- help tenants to access rent in advance and deposits
- advise on rent levels based on Local Housing Allowance (LHA)
