How we Compare - Performance Indicators and Benchmarking
We collect data in order to compare our performance against others and help us to learn how we can improve and provide better Value for Money for our tenants. We also use this information to drive our Strategies.
We participate in the following:
- CORE - the Continuous Recording of Lettings System, which collects information on the tenants and properties involved in each new letting in England - see CORE website (https://core.tenantservicesauthority.org/)
- Benchmarking against other Social Housing landlords via Housemark - see Housemark website (www.housemark.co.uk)
We are :
- Monitored and audited by the Audit Commission (www.audit-commission.gov.uk/Pages/bodypage.aspx?AIBId=128&bodyname=Adur%20District%20Council)
- Participate in producing regular reports including the Annual Report and the Status Survey.
