Adur and Worthing Partnership Working
Adur
and Worthing Councils are leading the way in partnership working to develop
shared services.
As part of this innovative project the Council’s have already introduced a joint senior management team and are undertaking detailed reviews of their services, including how they are organised and delivered.
The reviews will change and improve the way the councils and their staff operate.
This may lead to changes in staff location, and working across both Adur and Worthing Council areas.
