Adur Outdoor Activities Centre
The outdoor centre specialises in group activities, canoeing, kayaking, raft building as well as a host of other activities.
The centre also provides indoor climbing (their new climbing wall opened in August 2003), and outdoor climbing.

The River Adur
There are a wide range of watersports activities on the River Adur, which runs through the middle of the Adur District. There are also a large number of sailing, yachting and other water based clubs which use the river as their base.
