First conference for Adur's tenants
Ref : 05/108 : Date : 08-11-2005
There's still time for Adur's tenants to sign up for the first conference of its kind in Adur. This free event takes place on Wednesday 16 November from 9.00am until 2pm at Southwick Community Centre.
The conference will look at the causes, issues and solutions to anti social behaviour.
There will be a talk and film presented by the government's task force on anti social behaviour. This is a chance for tenants to find out more and help sort out any problems in their neighbourhoods.
There will be exhibitions by Age Concern, Citizens Advice Bureau, Adur Watch and others.
To book a place call 01273 263030 or pick up a form from the Southwick housing office in Southwick Street or Lancing housing office in North Road Lancing or from the Civic Centre in Shoreham.
All Adur Council tenants and leaseholders are welcome. There will be a lunch and refreshments, transport can be provided and childcare arranged.
