Christmas treeHelp the environment this Christmas

Adur residents are being urged to help the environment this holiday season by recycling Christmas trees, cards and any unwanted clothes.

Used wrapping paper and cards can be put in Adur District Council’s blue recycling boxes for collection. Unwanted clothing and gifts can be taken to charity shops.

Christmas trees can be taken to special compounds which will be set up from Monday 7 until Sunday 27 January 2008 in the car parks at Lancing Manor Leisure Centre, Southwick Leisure Centre and at Buckingham Park, Shoreham.
