Pay and display car parks and season tickets
All of Adur's car parks are now pay and display. A rolling program is taking place for the installation of ticket machines to the sites currently without this facility.
The car parks are now split into two categories : long and short stay (see car park list below for details).
Car park season tickets
You can also apply for a car park season ticket via the Parking Shop for our long stay car parks. An Adur DC car park season ticket will allow you to park in an Adur DC long stay car park, but does not entitle you to use any of the short stay or residents only car parks. Current car park season ticket prices are shown in the car park list below.
'Residents only' car park season tickets are also available for the small residents only car park at 60 Brighton Road. This is available at £100 per year. From 1st April 2008 residents who have a valid season ticket for the Brighton Road residents' only car park will be able to purchase books of visitor's tickets to allow their visitors to park in the Brighton Road residents' only car park. For details of the 'Beach Green Car Park Resident Permit' (for houseboat owners only) see the car park list below.
This authority is under a duty to protect the public funds it administers, and to this end may use the information you provided on your permit application form for the prevention and detection of fraud. Reporting faulty pay and display machines or damage to car parks
Regular checks of the car parks are carried out, however, if after visiting one of our car parks you discover there is a faulty pay and display machine, missing or damaged posts, potholes or other surface damage, or some other kind of problem please report it to the Parking Shop.
Disabled parking
Disabled parking is free in any car park to all Blue Badge permit holders
correctly displaying the Blue Badge permit in accordance with the said scheme
(whether in a dedicated disabled bay or not).
