Shoreham (Brighton City) Airport
Shoreham
Airport is in Adur District, and is jointly owned by Brighton &
Hove City Council and Worthing Borough Council. Adur District Council and
West Sussex County Council are the local planning authorities for Adur District.
The
development plans are the West Sussex Structure Plan 2001 - 2016 and the
Adur District Local Plan 1996. In 2004 the councils prepared a Planning Statement
for the Airport. This provides a background on the town planning aspects,
and a planning context for future proposals.
