Freedom of Information (FOI)

Freedom of Information logoIn accordance with the 'Freedom of Information Act 2000' Adur District Council has prepared and published a 'publication scheme' which has been approved by the Information Commissioner. The scheme contains a list of all the information Adur District Council makes available to the public either in hard copy format or electronically via the web or e-mail.

Note : The 'publication scheme' (published above) is a 'living' document and as such will be regularly updated. It is expected that the information shown in the Category List and Schedule B will be updated further and posted here.
