Housing Revenue Account Business Plan
All local authorities with housing stock operate an income and expenditure account - The Housing Revenue Account (HRA). This made up of income from rent and housing subsidy and covers expenditure on maintaining and managing council homes.
The HRA Business Plan sets out how we will manage and develop our housing services over the next five years, in line with government targets (such as the decent homes standard) in partnership with tenants and leaseholders.
