Risk Management Strategy
The Council has put in place a risk management strategy whose objectives are to develop risk management and raise its profile across the Council, integrating it into the culture of the organisation. Over the coming year we need to ensure an effective plan for the implementation and integration of risk management into all aspects of the Council's business.
