Risk Register and Matrix
In 2005 a piece of work was undertaken with the Council's insurers Zurich Municipal to identify the corporate risks for the Council and to use this information as the basis for the compilation of a Corporate Risk Register.
Working with Divisional Managers, this work was subsequently rolled out across the whole organisation and is now complete.
The list attached to this report brings together all of the Corporate risks for the Council and those identified by managers relating to each of the services for which they are responsible.
The Council's Corporate Performance Team have responsibility for monthly monitoring of the register.
This Corporate Risk Register was approved by Policy and Strategy Committee on 4th April 2006
