The
Tourist Information Centre, based in Worthing, plays a vital role in promoting
both Adur and Worthing.

Town Centres Management and Street Scene
Identify and deliver projects aimed at improving the Street Scene in Adur town centres and district centres including:
- refuse collection/recycling
- cleaning of street and public areas
- provision of street furniture; organising markets and events
- open space and public realm improvements
- transport and town centre issues

Functions :
- Overseeing delivery of the Public Art Strategy
- Working in partnership to support and develop the cultural and arts sector
- Creating a vibrant arts scene by supporting festivals and events, promoting the inclusion of local people in the arts and bringing visitors to the area
