Adur Junior Citizenship Event
The Adur Junior Citizenship Event was held at Shoreham Civic Centre
on 15 and 16 March 2005. Young people from seven local schools participated
in the event which provided the opportunity for them to take part in a
series of workshops on issues related to their role as citizens of the
Adur District. This included a Shoreham Renaissance workshop which focused
on developing the ideas of young people in relation to the Shoreham Renaissance
project. Young people participating in the workshops were asked a series
of questions relating to Shoreham, the results of which are summarised
below.
