'Take-Up Campaign' works by using the Directgov’s search infrastructure
which links all 388 Local Authorities in England to the national Directgov
website.
Users going to the campaign home page at the Local Directgov website (http://mycouncil.direct.gov.uk/index.html) can enter a post code, town or street name, and then be taken to the relevant page of their council website for a range of services listed below.
