100th birthdays and diamond weddings
To receive a telegram from Her Majesty The Queen for 100th's, 105th's birthdays and every subsequent year and also for diamond weddings (sixty), sixty fifth and platinum (seventy) and then every year after that it is necessary to contact the address below asking for an application form :

Applications must be made no sooner than three weeks before the celebration date. It is possible to receive a belated message up to six months after the event.
There is no charge for the service but it will be essential for you to provide the office with documentary proof of the occasion.
A photocopy of the celebrant's marriage certificate will be required which will be returned to you. You will receive a prompt acknowledgement of the application form confirming that a message will be sent. Please check all the details supplied are correct and contact the Anniversary's Officer on 020 7930 4832 if they are not.

For birthdays you will need to know the full name and address of the person celebrating and provide a copy of the birth certificate. You will receive a prompt acknowledgement of your application form confirming that a message will be sent and returning all documents to you.
